Air Replacement
Units T&G's air replacement units are designed to provide
clean, outside air to the work place in an economical
and efficient manner. The units are manufactured from
high quality materials to give a long service life.
T&G's air make-up units come in standard sizes or can be
custom fabricated according to the customer's
requirements. The units can be direct fired gas or
steam.
The units can be installed inside and supported
from the building truss work or outside on a steel
support platform. The outside unit has a water
tight, welded housing. The outside units
come with an air intake hood to protect the intake air
from inclement conditions. Our air distribution
ducting is optional and is designed to give your
finishing area optimal air flow.
The standard features of the air make-up systems are
industrial quality, washable filters, an integral
control panel with electrical for 240 or 480 v, 60 Hz, 3
Phase, remote operator's panel and motorized dampers. A
dirty filter indicator light is also provided to meet
OSHA requirements. Also included as standard is a room
temperature controller.
Our standard air replacement units come in sizes
ranging from 20,000 CFM to 96,000 CFM and are fabricated
from quality materials to ensure long equipment life.
Other sizes can be custom designed.
Depending on the size, the units can have from one to
three fans. All models conform to FM and IRI
insurance requirements. They also meet or exceed
OSHA regulations. |
