Spray Booth
T&G's paint spray booths are designed to efficiently
and economically remove paint solids from the work
environment. We can provide standard filter-back models,
water wash, on-floor down draft, and pressurized booths
to meet the environmental requirements of the process.
T&G's paint spray booths are constructed of the
highest quality materials to ensure long operating life.
The side panels are made from heavy duty 18 gauge steel
and can be painted to the customer's specifications; or
aluminized panels can be provided. The booths meet all
OSHA standards. The exhaust is sized to provide 100 feet
per minute of air across the openings of the booth. An
air pressure gauge to monitor the air flow is provided
as standard. Paint arrestor filters are standard. (other
filters are optional.) The lights, motor starters, and
exhaust duct can be furnished as options. T&G filter
back paint spray booths come in standard sizes from 5
feet to 20 feet overall width. (See specifications for
details.) All T&G paint spray booths conform to NFPA
standards as to material and air movement. T&G can
install the spray booths or ship knocked-down, and
marked for installation by the customer.
